The Non-Traditional Wedding Package: (designed for the unusual)

• Elopements, short notice, small wedding parties, uncommon locations, private ceremonies, outside winter, just the bride & groom, etc. Can provide the 2nd witness.
• This package accommodates the non-traditional.
• May not be available on weekends from June to the end of September.

The Basic Wedding Package: (sometimes smaller and less formal, sometimes the best)

• Complimentary Engagement Portrait Session with a 4x6 print in a stand up matted frame & CD.
• The Wedding Day. 1 ½ hrs. before the ceremony and until well into the reception.
• Proof Album with approximately 200 edited shots.
• 1 CD with all of the edited shots.

The Advanced Wedding Package: (most chosen and best value)

• Complimentary Engagement Portrait Session with a 5x7 print in a stand up matted frame & CD.
• Photography of the rehearsal/dinner.
• The Wedding Day. 2 hrs. before the ceremony and until the end of the reception.
• Attractive Proof Album with approximately 400 edited shots.
• 2 DVD’s with all of the edited shots.
• 1 DVD Slide Show set to your music.
• (2) 8x10, (6) 5x7 and (10) 4x6 prints of your choice.

The Elaborate Wedding Package: (all inclusive, deluxe)

• Complimentary Engagement Portrait Session with (2) 5x7 prints in stand up matted frames & 2 CD’s.
• Photography of the rehearsal/dinner.
• The Extended Wedding Day. Unlimited time from before the ceremony, including preparations, until the end of the reception. Includes a portrait session before or after the wedding at several scenic locations to get those special shots of the Tetons. Isn’t that why you are coming to Jackson Hole?
• 2 Deluxe Proof Albums with approximately 800 edited shots.
• 4 DVD’s with all the edited shots.
• Your own personal password protected website for you, your guests and family to view the photographs and to order prints.
• 2 DVD Slide Shows set to your music.
• (4) 8x10, (12) 5x7 and (20) 4x6 prints of your choice.

These packages can be used as guidelines to tailor our service to fit your specific needs. You can add or delete items until you have only the items that suit you. Please inquire about availability on your selected date.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date. The balance is due before the wedding, usually paid at the consultation meeting. Prices include shipping but not inordinate travel or extra costs. Photographer retains the copyright of all photographic imagery and the right to use photographs in portfolios and tasteful advertisement.

Extra Prices & Notes

Wedding Albums :
We have an excellent source for “coffee table” and flush mount photo albums. A descriptive text does not convey the innovative design and practical beauty of these albums. If you have not seen a collage style album, you are in for a surprise! Haven’t even given a wedding album any thought yet? Don’t despair. I will send you to our supplier’s website that will show what is available.

Additional Photographer :
A must have for wedding parties over 200. You will receive another angle of view along with a different signature style with an additional professional photographer. There is a real advantage in being able to be in two places at one time! Does not have to be there the entire time. Available at $150.00 per hr.

High Resolution DVD:
This contains the high resolution enhanced version of the original Raw capture digital files. They will allow you to make enlargements of any of the photographic Images. Each wedding package comes with the edited photographs recorded on a DVD. There is a fair amount of postproduction work done on these Images. You will find them very attractive and superior to the unaltered files provided by others. You also have the right to reproduce the copyrighted Images.

DVD Slideshow:
A home theater experience set to your music while zooming and panning the Images to make them come alive. This is an amazing treatment that must be seen to believe! Relive the whole wedding experience just like you were there. It is especially appealing to someone who missed the wedding. If not already included, May be added to any package for $150.00. Additional copies @ $40.00.

Complimentary Engagement Portrait Session:
Designed as an introduction to the photographer and his style. In addition to the matted print, a CD is included with the resulting photos suitable for newspaper announcements & wedding invitations.

Pre-Wedding Consultation meeting:
This is highly recommended and included in all packages. A meeting of the photographer with the bride & groom to get to know each other and to develop a time table, a shot list of important items and to discuss any concerns that need to be addressed.

Edit:
Less is more! We do a tight professional edit. We do not advertise large amounts of photographs, believing in quality over quantity. This will keep you from wasting your time going back and forth between two similar shots. Trust us. We will not throw out the good ones.

Proof Albums:
These very attractive Proof Albums are well done. They contain the enhanced version of the selected shots. There will be a full color first page of the bride and groom. Depending on the number of proof pages, to make the page count come out even, there will be either 2 or 3 more full portrait pages. The proof shots are displayed with the same four digit reference number that is on the DVD. This makes it very easy and efficient to find a particular photo. It also tells the whole story and is yours to keep.

Prints:
You are free to make prints right off of your DVD. But you may wish for us to custom print the more important Images. This is where our dedication and skill becomes apparent. We will further enhance your selected Images. This retouching of blemishes and other imperfections is included in the price of the prints.
